SAG checking his mail on my new little Toshiba notebook. Before I start posting the pictures of the day, I have to tell you about our ride. We rode through "The Bread Basket of America" today. Missed a lot of good shots due to time constraints, and sometimes just didn't want to break up the beauty of the road by stopping. We stayed off the interstates and traveled through farm country. Fruit and nut trees, fields of every vegetable you can imagine. Cotton and oil fields. Chicken and Turkey farms. Dairys, Feed lots of beef cattle, horses, goats, sheep, and Llamas. Citrus fruits of various kinds too. We only saw a few ground squirrels, and one Coyote as far as wild things. The small towns looked like they did back in the 50's and 60's. Lots of small cafes and still several drive in restaurants. The weather was perfect, mid 70's most of the day. It was just close to a perfect day of riding........................................
